THE TRIAL IN THE PRINCIPALITY OF MONACO
A preface :
This is the synthesis of the book which will be published after the last closing justice proceedings which are in course. Its proceeds will be entirely devoted to charity in favour of AMADE in Monaco. It will not have characteristics typical of scandals or something against the Principality of Monaco and consequently again Monaco’s inhabitants , but it is a simple consideration of facts , or events which could be around the corner for everybody, which could find us overwhelmed in our own and our family’s devastation . It is something about life without certainties of free will, in which shadows of the Middle Ages and Inquisition hover as if they were ghosts of a remote past. The dawn of Europe’s centuries-long evolution which created the “Human Rights” , didn’t reach this case . If we read Beccaria, it’s possible to perceive his modernity in a contest which disappoints him in all thoughts. Two quotes are pertinent : ”A country’s civilization can be seen in its prisons ” (Fedor Dostoievski) and “all pains which don’t derive from absolute necessity , are tyrannical ”(Montesquieu). Such quotes should make those who symbolize justice think. But the two quoted thoughts are not well known : to say ” obscure “ is euphemism. It was the discovery that behind an ostensible “ democracy and legality”, the darkest regime hid to which the supreme State has been slave and subject. In fact Louis Aureglia’s comments in the article n. 6 about the treaty and the agreement of 1930 were valid ( Le Prince sur Rocher by Frederic Laurent). In the description of the facts the proceedings and documentation acts will be correlated to support the truth and to demonstrate the “Justice denied ” in the perseverance of false ideas, forgeries, manipulations and document omissions by French lawyers detached from the Principality of Monaco.
“ The idea of Justice arises from injustice, suffered by us or by our dear ones “ ( Gustavo Zagrebelsky , Judge at Constitutional Court in Italy )
