Chapter I - Beginning of the story  

It was during the summer of 1982, when, instead of going to spend our holidays in the USA, we decided to spend two weeks in Montecarlo and in Sardinia. I have never spent such unlucky and sad holidays. After years, in the light of what happened to me, if only I could have imagined what was going to happen, I would have taken more care. Even though I knew some genuine inhabitants in Monaco, their nature is very different, but unfortunately they are just in the minority. They have no say in anything and the worst thing is that they are “subjects “to the power of others. After an important period of transition, useful for carefully considering various choices, we decided on new personal and professional experiences and we fulfilled all the requested formalities, but for the first time we understood that everything would have been difficult if we had not been introduced by somebody. We moved to Eze, in France, “the eagle’s nest” to a friend who I remember with deep thankfulness. Later on we obtained the temporary residence in the Principality. Using my wide informatics knowledge, which I obtained in my office in Rome, there, followed the constitution of the first company in Monaco with Nathalie Aureglia in Boulevard des Moulins,2. It concerned a disks filing system, in partnership with WALTON, in Paris. Later we founded the IF Informatique with the members Aldo Coletti who was dealer in the office furniture, with Notary Dan Renaud who was already retired, and with Jean Claude Fargeon who represented Edmond Pastor.

But I transformed this company into IF Consulting as there was a strong competition, and much adversity among the partners. The main activity of IF Consulting was company, contractual advice and fiscal planning. There were new members such as Stefano Bianchi, manager of the CADIDAVID in Verona and  Piero Piano, lawyer in Genova. It was the best moment to open activities for Italian entrepreneurs such as the brothers Garre whose company was  GRIFFON SHIPPING, Marco Carlo Montorsi whose activity was EGM S.a.m , and others…In October 1996 I transformed the activity into my personal name “ Cabinet Dr. Francesco IAGHER”; the activity had exclusively Italian clients, expanding new economical activities in the Principality. The activity handled a professional cycling group, the BM Sport Management with an ex world champion, the cycling federation in Monaco increased thanks to new affiliations helped by the President Charles Layoux and his collaborators Daniel Bottero and Jean Marc Boyer. In the following years some sporting groups were handled : CAGE, CLUB 88, AKI, BATIK del Monte, NAVIGARE GAERNE, BRESCIALAT, CANTINA TOLLO, AMORE & VITA thanks to important names of Italian cycling and the best managers such as : Roberto Amadio, Fabio Cordonali, Emanuele Bombini, Ivano Fanini, Vincenzino Santoni, Davide Boifava and Bruno Reverberi. The association “ L’HISTOIRE DU VELO” had been founded for historical research and to create cycling museum since its beginning on 1800, together with the unforgettable friend Daniele Zanaria, who was an important philatelist. We expanded fashion and show activities, and the management of image rights. We founded the “  INTERNATIONAL ASSOCIATION OF ECONOMISTS “ in Montecarlo for cultural and economic exchange between Italian economists even in Monaco. We founded a centre for international shipping with the purpose creating an international cargo book. We founded the “lobby of young managers in Monaco” for the future entry into European Council. All the above mentioned work took me long time, but it was besmirched in a flash. My diligence which was bent on economical and cultural growth was considered as attempts to create opaqueness and illegal affairs. Envy and rancour against me were paroxysmal; everything was used to destroy and to calumniate Falsehood and lies unashamedly and everything with absolute impunity. A democratic and civil country in which love for truth and justice prevail, can’t accept such abuses, but on the contrary, it should look for truth. If the matter is about a juridical mistake, it asks for recognition and responsibility ad personam. After long years of honest professional activity, I’m sure that truth will emerge assertively and it will be like barbs of “Insult”, the legendary arrow which turns back to transfix the bad archer’s eye. My “INFAMOUS STORY” began on 2 April 2001.
