Considering what happened to me , it’s really difficult to find justification for some professionals, clients, false friends and employees. Opportunism and implication in the bloodshed game of destroying office Dr. Iagher, maybe explains their behaviour. The only sure thing was that nothing which can be defined as “law” was respected ; rights had been highly violated. No legal features but only oppressive persistence emerged by all means even through forgeries. No importance was given to one’s personality and professionalism ! Hullin’s declarations were symptomatic. In his haughty way, in one of his delirious orders, he wrote that I boasted of my profession, that I had robbed my clients of their possessions, that my activity‘s purpose was recycling and that it was an unclean activity. He showed his deep ignorance of the subject and his bad faith helped also by Tiberti, producing false proof and indulgent reports. Without knowing why, I was reduced to poverty , opposed by unimaginable virulence . Even the worst criminal  isn’t  treated in such a way ! To the farce of the first trial was added the office insolvency request , caused by the total freezing of my own and the handling company’s accounts. It was the search of that person in all banks in the Principality of Monaco thanks to Tiberti’s assiduity . But he didn’t act with the same assiduity in the first proceeding in which he omitted excellent banks. It was the strange case about some cheques which hadn’t been cashed, through a presumed difference in the signature, on ten subsequent cheques, the first and last ones, and not on the four central ones, why? And from that point , the other cases as they arise. Only after a few years, thanks to documental proof,  the liquidator realized that it was a real farce. From 17 March 2004 ( first meeting in Beausoleil ), until 4 April 2006 it had been a fight against forgeries. Only on 8 August 2006 it was finally possible to write the word “ END “in the Journal de Monaco (verdict Tribunal de Premiere Instance on 8 August 2006 and publication in Journal de Monaco) But now?

What about all that began on April 2001 for all pronounced and written forgeries?

And what about  forgeries ?

And what about suffered robberies and the plunder of the office?     

It’s still early to write the word “ END”
