CHAPTER 01 – THE BEGINNING OF THE MATTER, THE PLUNDER OF THE OFFICE

Going out my office on that  02 April 2001, in the early afternoon , I couldn’t  imagine that I would have  never seen  all  what I  created after many years of professional activity any more and that everything  would have vanished into thin air.  A lot of my larger objects were carried off and as a person adduced : as they were in a deposit, I threw them away. Infact pictures, sports goods in their original packaging, such as  cycling helmets and goggles, a nineteenth – century frame which was on renovation, a PC IBM collection and much more things disappeared. And from another deposit , on the same way , some displaying also disappeared ! Being not enough several opportunists came up , but the most revolting behaviour had the employed people who had a despicable conduct ,who took advantage of the situation celebrating with everything found in  the refrigerator. They made laughable declarations maybe because under pressure during the interrogations or maybe to work off their repressed envy ; they did anything towards the clients to help resolve the situation  at least temporarily especially one of them tried by all possible means to get some clients proving to be miserable both as person and as assistant seeing the position he held. In the PC I found traces of what done by them such as insinuating letters and holidays requests already paid and enjoyed ! The documentation plans of the clients given to the “Syndic” (judicial liquidator) and after about ten days the letter to hand  the accounts of the office. Infact with great rapidity a payer , as the employees wanted , was appointed because the salaries of March hadn’t been paid. The fact that the Bank paid just part of the salaries, was really strange and inexplicable and gave the proof that for three of them my signature wasn’t original. It was impossible as I  signed the checks in order and as always within the end of the month.  As the whole matter was already planned in advance, the consequence was that the bank accounts in my name , the business activity and the companies managed by the office were totally blocked. In this regard I’d like to underline a declaration of Judge Hullin ( reported for forgeries ), asserting the presence of the  funds coming from the fraud of Banca di Roma/Mobutu and to  have sequestered them ; through investigation the result was that  no money correlated to such fraud went by those accounts. Furthermore from the bank accounts in name of the office, there was enough money to pay the suppliers , to face the operating  costs without forgetting that on the fiduciary accounts there  were the entire  bank deposits of the clients. But too late ! By the time the “ plunder” was begun, the “ jackals “ took advantage of the circumstance to filch what they could , from the stationery, books, paintings and much more. As in the “ Kristallnacht” ( Crystal night ) it was the beginning of the destruction of the Cabinet Iagher.
