CHAPTER 03 – THE PROFESSIONAL AND CIVIL DEATH

In this country, their TRADE CODE is composed of an handful of pages and in case of deficiencies they extend to the French TRADE CODE ; but as always the border between the legal and injustice  in the fold interpretations is very subtle.

Here is the interpretation of the proceeding for the bankruptcy of the Cabinet . It was so absurd that they carried on being sure about the final result. Furthermore there was also the mixture of English, Irish ,Panama and Liberian right and companies. They  all were  put in the melting pot of the supposed bankruptcy with the hope to confiscate everything freely.

It’s enough to think that since the designation of the judicial liquidator, I was dispossessed of every civil right  codifying the art. 421 which says : “ to assist and represent“ Sic ! Obviously it was a euphemism towards me ! Since 2001 my professional and personal mail was given back to me  thanks to my dear friend Notary P.L. Aureglia and other mail was found in a box after some years.   

The lost subscriptions and the professional updating took for granted the condemnation and the bankruptcy. On this way they could impunity kill the activity  sure of an unsubstantiated truth. 

Even my headed letter-paper , the visiting and greetings cards, the stamps and several things belonging to  other people were destroyed ! Adducing a rule unmatched in every civil country.

When faced with such an affront, I must add something about my diplomatic activity for the Republic of Liberia ( ) ; diplomatic seals, rubber stamps, headed letter-paper, books, everything was destroyed and in this way all international agreements were violated.
Even as regards the International Economist Association, of which I was founder President ( ), everything was destroyed.. Everything happened freely.

As a business man in Monaco told me on May 2004, somebody had  finally the possibility to vent one’s professional envy and  delight in my falling into the depth of falsity.
