Talking about this person gives a deep sense of repulsion, in consideration of what he represents and/or represented. It’s difficult to find appropriate adjectives, in his behaviour hides everything of the worst negative kind : from incompetence to his mistakes, through manipulation of documental and factual truth and also forgeries. Forgeries in the transcripts through apocryphal signatures, and forgeries in a transcript reported by foreign authority.
Even when he was called as a witness and admitted the real facts, judge Landwerlin (who had pressured for his moving to Paris), let the situation flow as if had no interest on it. Confirming the precise collusion between judicial authority and police authority, it couldn’t be different. This fact was confirmed by the ex General Attorney Serdet, who considered that charges against him with “real proof “ were without foundation.
In a just country such
people would be removed and investigated, but in the presence of harmful influence,
such facts are laudable even to obtain a “medal for honour” !!!
As not enough, for his deep duties (SIC), he was even deserved
