JUDGE HULLIN’S FIRST PRELIMINARY INQUIRY - EXAMINING the FORGERIES

A preface :
Before plunging into details of this infamous matter, and its 407 days of judicial confiscation with the clear will to create a culprit , it’s symptomatic to perceive his persistence to execute an inquiry. Here follows his way of reasoning : manichaeism, inferences, futile investigation of the facts, transitive ownership , theories, amplification of clues, suppositions which suddenly become real details. Thanks to police inspector Tiberti’s effective help in the planning of indictments , being a really good falsification artist , Hullin’s theories which were based on suspicions, always handled with lucid imagination , were able to create real “ X Files”. Furthermore to all that is described above, it is gratuitousness  to label as “Mafia” and/or “ Great banditry “ and even professional and moral calumny must be added. Judges at various levels, should have noted in the course of trials, as a legendary magistrate said : “ The Criminal Code’s articles have not been respected ……”. I’m talking about the renewal of summons, the orders of refusal of a request for temporary freedom request and consequently the commitment for trial , a real anthology of mistakes, forgeries and ideological lies. Thanks to documentation, these pages will show this judge’s continuous lying, both willingly and knowingly, supported by Institutions. Every page represents  questions about legitimate doubts that everything that happened wasn’t  “Justice denied”. It will be as the “J’accuse” , the repeating of the story “ Justice with falsehood”. Regarding his honesty, both intellectually and as a judge, it's sufficient to read this article which appeared in LIBERATION, during the Hobbs-Melville trial, or articles which appeared in FIGARO :
